You will support the Total Rewards Team by conducting market pricing analysis, updating role descriptions, and administering pay and performance procedures. Requirements
- Prior experience in data analysis roles of at least 3 years
- Strong skills in math, logical thinking, and basic statistical knowledge for compensation analysis
- Experience analyzing large data sets with familiarity in compensation data or similar quantitative work
- Prior experience in compensation and benefits role or analytics role
- Experience in cooperation with external vendors of benchmark analysis
- Understanding of job pricing, market compensation structures, and benchmarking practices
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to handle confidential data professionally, with a strong sense of discretion
- Good level of spoken and written English, at least at B2 level
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends
- Conduct internal compensation analysis using internal and external data to provide insight for stakeholders
- Cooperate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition and Sales teams
- Support development and adjust of commission plans for Sales teams
- Ensure maintenance of sales commission tools up to date by working with technical teams on commission updates and employee data adjustments
- Support annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with guidelines, efficient process setup and communication
- Provide data for remuneration surveys and integrate insights into compensation strategies
- Perform HR and sales data analysis and prepare dashboards in Google Sheets and Tableau for advanced workforce structure data analysis
- Ensure compliance with labor laws in all compensation practices
- Develop ad-hoc HR data reports as required by business
Preferred Qualifications
- Desirable knowledge in data analysis, maths, sociology, statistics
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Exposure to managing or supporting compensation plans within HR or compensation teams
- Prior exposure to sales commission plans or variable pay structures for sales teams
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to collaborate within a dynamic team
- The responsibility of calculating incentive compensation
