Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation management with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on excellence
  • Great team player with a collaborative mindset towards the team
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive towards results
  • Demonstrated analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Understanding of federal and state labor laws
  • Fluent in Workday, Google Apps and MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with the organization’s compensation philosophy and overall business objectives
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives
  • Provide consultation to managers and HR Business Partners on complex pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to derive insights and provide recommendations
  • Ensure that compensation programs are administered consistently and equitably across the organization
  • Oversees the year end compensation planning process in partnership with leadership
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Participate in a variety of HR and compensation-related projects, including ad-hoc studies, projects, and analysis

  • The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Compensation Manager position is $106,000 - $162,000
