Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineer

You will develop and implement cutting-edge computer vision and 3D generative AI models, collaborating with product and research teams to improve existing and upcoming product lines. This role involves working with massive datasets, establishing evaluation methods, and implementing MLOps best practices. Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related field, with a focus on machine learning and computer vision
• Extensive experience in Python
• Experience with 2D deep learning
• Experience with PyTorch
• Immaculate attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent code and results

Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision models to extract structure from unstructured, information-dense 3D scans
• Research state-of-the-art methods for developing models to accomplish 3D generative AI tasks as well as conventional computer vision tasks
• Collaborate with product and research teams to identify opportunities for improvement in our current product line and to enable upcoming product lines
• Work with massive datasets to develop both generic models and fine-tune models for specific applications
• Develop evaluation methods to establish confidence in our datasets and models
• Implement best practices for our MLOps pipelines
• Work closely with product owners on a feature-focused team to deliver value quickly to Dandy’s customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D geometric computer vision
• Experience with 3D deep learning
• Have published in ML and AI journals
• Have made contributions to open source code that you can share
• Have internship experience
