Summary

Join Masabi, a global leader in fare payment technology, as a Configuration Engineer on the Voyager team. Support the migration of clients to the company's rider-facing mobile app and web portal, ensuring seamless functionality for millions of transit users worldwide. Manage app releases, update pricing and content, and implement new features. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and operations teams. This role requires strong organization, technical awareness, and excellent communication skills. The position is remote in Colombia and offers opportunities for professional development in software delivery, product, or QA.

Requirements

  • Organised and able to juggle multiple workstreams with confidence
  • Comfortable working independently and asking for help when needed
  • Strong written communicator with great attention to spelling and naming conventions
  • Technically aware - you can run apps locally and spot when something’s off
  • Familiar with Git or similar version control tools
  • Willing to adjust hours occasionally to collaborate with teammates in other time zones
  • You’re available during UK/EU working hours for coordination and releases

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client migrations to our latest rider-facing platform
  • Managing app releases on the App Store and Google Play
  • Setting up brand updates like pricing changes, new features, and localisations (using Lokalise)
  • Running and testing mobile apps on Android and iOS, flagging issues early
  • Using tools like Appbot and Appfigures to monitor performance and feedback
  • Keeping multiple tasks moving without losing track
  • Writing and improving documentation to make future work more efficient
  • Working closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you’ve worked with TestFlight and Play Store test tracks before
