Congress Operations Lead

Summary

Join Onomi, a company revolutionizing pharma and event engagement, as a Congress Project Manager. You will leverage your agency/pharma meetings project or account management experience to lead and execute end-to-end congress project management. Responsibilities include managing onsite operations, stakeholder engagement, KOL engagement planning, and process development for the CongressIQ product suite. You'll contribute to product development and customer acquisition, working closely with services, implementation, product, and sales teams. This role reports to the VP of Professional Services and offers opportunities for professional growth and impact within a dynamic life sciences environment. Success will be measured by project delivery, process improvement, and team development.

Requirements

• Experience in congress/convention planning and execution
• Prior experience in congress engagement, KOLs and pharma stakeholder management
• KOLs mapping and engagement experience
• KOLs appointment management experience
• Congress project planning and execution experience
• Onsite business suite management experience
• Ancillary meetings planning experience in life sciences

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end congress project management
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication
• Manage onsite operations and team coordination
• Oversee KOL engagement planning and execution
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction with extreme levels of service
• Handle incoming event requests and workspace setup
• Manage event resource allocation
• Oversee access and integration management
• Analyze cross-event metrics
• Develop performance improvement strategies
• Create and refine the CongressIQ playbooks
• Establish standard operating procedures
• Document best practices and workflows
• Assist with new customer onboarding
• Support 1-6 month implementation projects
• Collaborate with implementation program managers
• Support pre-sales activities with expertise
• Contribute to CongressIQ product and services development
