Requirements

• Proven experience in cost estimating and quantitative surveying, preferably in the construction industry for US or international clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Gantt chart software
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost estimation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform quantitative surveying to assess project requirements and resources
• Manage and maintain back-office operations, including documentation and administrative tasks
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for cost tracking and project management
• Develop and update Gantt charts to monitor project timelines and deliverables
• Prepare bid packages and ensure all necessary documentation is included for submission
• Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and insights for accurate estimations
