Consultancy Analyst I

Summary

Join Experian, a global leader in data services, as a Business Analyst focusing on Ascend Marketing and other Ascend products. You will play a key role in the on-time onboarding of clients, participating in workflow design sessions and ensuring seamless transitions. Responsibilities include detailed business and systems analysis, documenting requirements in Jira/Confluence, and collaborating with product and delivery managers to prioritize the product backlog. You will also gather requirements from partners, translate them into epics and stories, and ensure complete documentation handover to operations and support. Requirements

• You are comfortable in leading real time client project overviews & Demo Training
• You work independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative
• You have experience working in an agile environment, documenting requirements in the form of user stories
• You have experience working with Product Manager / Owners to prioritize the product backlog items and identify critical components necessary to define a Minimum Viable Product

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed business and systems analysis, document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories in Jira/Confluence
• Work with Product Manages / Owners and Delivery Manager to prioritise the product backlog items and identify critical components necessary to define a Minimum Viable Product
• Ensure that all product and project documentation are complete and fully handed over to Operations and support service acceptance activities
• Engage with the relevant partners to gather our requirements and translate these into epics and stories on the product backlog
• Follow all company and regulatory policies and ensure information is handled securely
