Summary

Join Customized Energy Solutions (CES) as a Project Lead, contributing to cutting-edge projects in green hydrogen, eMobility, and energy storage. Lead consulting assignments in India and internationally, managing teams and coordinating with global colleagues. Focus on green hydrogen strategy consulting, business planning, and go-to-market strategies for clients. Lead responses to RFPs from international agencies. Manage project execution, guide junior staff, utilize financial models, and create high-quality presentations. Develop business opportunities with existing and new clients. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, expertise in green hydrogen technologies, and exceptional communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree or certification is preferred. Periodic travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven expertise in hydrogen, particularly green hydrogen technologies and applications
• Solid understanding of hydrogen-related policies and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Confident in public speaking and delivering client presentations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
• Periodic travel to attend public forums, conferences and/or company quarterly meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting assignments in India and manage the team further
• Coordinate with international teams to execute projects
• Lead CES activities to support clients in green Hydrogen related projects in India and international markets
• Provide business planning and go-to-market strategy for the clients looking to enter the space
• Lead International Consulting projects: Lead the team in responding to consulting RFPs by international agencies such as the World Bank, IFC, GIZ, USAID, USTDA and other similar agencies
• Manage the execution of written and technical work for consulting projects involving emerging technologies including green hydrogen, energy storage, electric vehicles, and green hydrogen
• Guide junior staff on executing the project work
• Utilize and proficiency to work on CES’s suite of financial models for consulting assignments. Customize the model based on client requirements
• Develop high-quality presentation and communication material, including client presentations, reports and materials that facilitate discussions
• Explain technical concepts associated with the project work to non-technical audiences
• Develop business opportunities with existing and new clients by responding to inquiries and providing market insights
• Lead consulting assignments on green hydrogen, in lithium battery manufacturing and its supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in consulting business development
• Knowledge of the green hydrogen market and its commercial applications is highly desirable
• Advanced degree or professional certification in a related area is preferred
