Responsibilities
- Communicate with Transportation Providers to schedule and recover rides with unique needs
- Communicate with passengers and managed clients to schedule trips
- Monitor internal communications channels to identify and assist with escalated service opportunities
- Monitor chats from passengers and managed clients to identify transportation needs and/or escalated service opportunities
