Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
  • Previous experience in content creation, branding, thought leadership writing, and social media management
  • You have experience interviewing subject matter experts and leveraging their input and perspective to develop authentic, informed content
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality thought leadership articles, white papers, webinars, newsletters, social media posts, blog posts, and case studies on topics related to Artificial Intelligence and innovation
  • Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to extract key insights and translate them into engaging content
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for audience engagement
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) will be an asset
  • Experience in the technology or AI sector is a plus
