Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Czech
• Excellent writing skills in Czech (grammar, spelling)
• Advanced English language skills
• Able to start and complete tasks within the given deadline
• Bachelor's degree with courses in literature, journalism, or creative writing, OR proven experience in content creation
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• The Content Generator will be required to research and generate prompts that are commonly used in provided contexts, mostly related to phone call scenarios (e.g., calls on hold or unreachable numbers)
• The Content Quality Specialist will conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on existing content
• Our team will provide the topic, genre, and content type along with detailed guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to those with a background in professional content creation, such as writers, teachers, bloggers, or journalists
