Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content management, ideally for B2B or lead-generation-focused companies
- Proven success in running content campaigns with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Strong written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for design
- Experience with content management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, stories) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Ensure consistency in the company’s brand voice and messaging
- Monitor and manage interactions with followers, fostering an engaged online community
- Identify and leverage trends, hashtags, and new opportunities for increased visibility
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies and campaign outcomes
- Design and execute paid content campaigns focused on driving leads and conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content efforts with broader initiatives
- Optimize profiles across all platforms for consistency and effectiveness
- Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging tools
- Partner with content, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Align content strategies with leadership’s business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in performance marketing or lead generation
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration into content strategies
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience building and maintaining engaged online communities
