Content Migration Consultant

Join Quisitive's expanding Customer Excellence Managed Services team as an M365/O365 Migration Consultant! This role, based remotely anywhere in the US (with preferred locations listed), offers a challenging opportunity to create solutions using the M365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams. Requirements

• Have a credible and professional presence, good written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work with clients in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
• Have 3-5 years professional experience migrating data to M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive...) from various sources (Box, Google, SharePoint on prem, fileshare). This includes creating custom developed solutions in SharePoint 2016, 2019 and O365
• Have consulting experience on best practices around M365 Governance and Compliance (Labeling, retention, and governance policies)
• Have ShareGate migration tool experience
• Have knowledge of current O365 and Azure services and standards including SharePoint Framework, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Teams, and Dataverse for Teams
• Have Powershell experience

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to define business goals and determine technical and functional needs
• Facilitate strategy sessions specific to M365
• Design, Build and Migrate solutions utilizing a defined Microsoft technology stack, including all of the Modern Workplace tools like SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams and other M365 components
• Lead tenant migration and consolidation efforts for Teams, SharePoint and other M365 services
• Document migration strategies and as-built deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's Degree
• Have demonstrated customer support and communication skills
• Have previous consulting experience
• Have Teams and/or Power Platform certifications
• Have experience working with Agile delivery methods
• Have Nintex/K2 or Power Automate Desktop experience
• Have exposure or experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Have exposure or experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Azure Information Protection (AIP)
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Viva
• Have knowledge of eDiscovery processes and tools in M365
• Have experience developing solutions in SPFX (SharePoint Framework)
• Have experience with Enterprise Content Management in the Microsoft stack
