Summary
Join Kittl, a rapidly growing design company, as a Content Reviewer and contribute to expanding our template library. You will review and revise designs, ensuring they meet publishing guidelines, apply descriptive tags, and create new designs to reflect trending styles. This role requires a university degree or extensive graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills. We offer flexible working hours, up to 23 vacation days, and a supportive work environment. Kittl is a hybrid work environment with three days a week in the Berlin office. We are expanding to London in 2025.
Requirements
- University degree and graphic design experience, or, extensive graphic design (or closely related) experience
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Wide-ranging knowledge of graphic design styles and applications, current trends, and appropriate terminology
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- A versatile portfolio consisting of logo designs, merchandise graphics, stationery design, marketing assets, and other designs
- Skilfulness to seamlessly adapt to a broad spectrum of design styles and applications
- Ability to work well individually and good self-management skills
- Above average communication skills
- Availability between 9 am -11 am German time to communicate with your manager and the German team
Responsibilities
- Review and revise designs created by other designers and the community, ensuring they meet publishing guidelines
- Apply relevant descriptive tags, and ensure accurate categorization to enhance the presentation and visibility of designs
- Create designs for our template library
- Expand template library to new categories, trending designs styles and niches
