Join our HR team as a Junior Content Writer to craft engaging content for external HR digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• C1 level of English
• Proven experience in content writing, either through internships, freelance work, or academic projects
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Write engaging HR content that gets people excited about the company and makes them want to work there
• Make sure your writing is accurate, clear, and consistent so that people can easily understand what you're saying
• Adapt your writing style and tone to different platforms and audiences so that your content is always relevant and engaging
• Do your research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities so that you can create content that is informed and effective
• Work with your team to come up with new ideas and strategies for your content marketing efforts
• Be a great communicator and team player so that you can work well with others and create a positive work environment
• Work with designers to make sure pictures go well with the words

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Polish, Ukrainian, or Portuguese language is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools is a plus
• Experience in HR within the IT industry will be a plus
