Requirements
- Project management background with experience in project management, continuous-improvement and/or product management
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, comfortable with delivering measurable projects cycle-time and running meetings with internal stakeholders and partners, designing trimmed process optimization strategies while operating on a commercial ecosystem
- Naturally documents steps, follows checklists, and is keen to embed data-quality checks as part of good practice
- Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
- For this specific role, please note that prior experience in project management and advanced English are mandatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive a culture of measurable, iterative continuous improvement ecosystem by defining and monitoring the right success metrics (KPIs), supporting full-lifecycle project reviews, and partnering with PD & Global Project’s team to turn process pain-points into scalable solutions
- Projects Management: translate improvement ideas into clear process and/or product requirements (pain points x impacts x acceptance criteria). Design and schedule recurring meeting stack - such as kick-off sessions, stakeholder interviews, phase-reviews, weekly stand-ups, project closure meetings (LL, BP and post-mortem)
- Process Mapping & Gap hunting: facilitate value-stream mapping workshops, identify process & system bottlenecks, address opportunities and collect team’s feedback
- Change management: package new processes & workflows into a “how to” manual (SOPs), supporting quick-start videos and micro-trainings developments
- Risk & Compliance: identify and track operational & project risks, supported by automated data-check and quality validation
- Feedback Loop to Product/Ops: Collect partner pain points, quantify ROI of feature requests, and feed backlog with clear business cases

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of google toolkit (sheets, slides, looker studio) with a knack for building charts, pivot tables and live dashboards; Asana and salesforce knowledge is a plus
