Requirements

  • Law Degree (obtained in any European country)
  • Proven work experience ( minimum of 5 years ) working as a Contract Manager
  • Advanced proficiency in both German and English is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility
  • In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, simple and concise manner to all levels of the organization
  • Solid judgment and business acumen
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient
  • Strong organizational skills to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements between the company and its clients (including evaluating and participating in bids)
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions
  • Responsible for interacting and assisting the sales team and other internal departments, during the contractual process
  • Assessing contract performance to identify improvement to templates and to our contract cycles
  • Clearly explain contract terminology and provide contract training to internal departments
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures
  • Manage contract change requests, amendments, extensions and contract records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Italian or Spanish will be a clear plus
