Requirements
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience related to control or reconciliation in a bank institution or Fintech
- Mastery: You have extensive knowledge of banking operations, including transfers, direct debits, and card transactions
- Analytical skills: your analytical skills are second to none, and you're driven by a natural curiosity to delve into data and processes
- Curious mindset: You are intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, a fast learner, and excited by a dynamic startup environment
- Tools: You thrive when using tools like G suite, CBS, Forest, Metabase and communicate effectively via Notion and Slack
- Languages: You are fluent both in French and English
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the reconciliation process, tailoring it to various payment types
- Maintain and enhance internal control level 1 for banking operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Analyze and recapitulate control data, executing around 30 controls bi-monthly with precision
- Proactively challenge and improve existing processes, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement
- Collaborate with BO teams, Ops engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and enforce guidelines
