Summary
Join Correlation One as a Microsoft Copilot subject matter expert to contribute to the development of executive and employee training programs. You will design scenario-based training content, create prompts and tasks, and provide technical guidance on Copilot's capabilities and limitations. Collaboration with Learning Experience Design and Product teams is key. The role involves crafting instructional materials demonstrating business value using Copilot across various workflows, particularly for knowledge workers in insurance, finance, and operations. This is a flexible, part-time position (10-15 hours/week). You will create deliverables such as use case templates, troubleshooting guides, and mini-capstone projects.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot Pro
- Experience across multiple Copilot-enabled apps (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong grasp of prompt engineering, prompt iteration, and output validation techniques
- Familiarity with Copilot's technical implementation and its limitations compared to other AI platforms
- Experience designing or advising on enterprise-level GenAI training or enablement programs
- Ability to articulate tradeoffs, pitfalls, and workarounds when teaching Copilot to a non-technical audience
- Working knowledge of at least one other major AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT) to enable useful comparisons
Responsibilities
- Partner with our team to design scenario-based training content that teaches practical GenAI workflows using Microsoft Copilot
- Create prompts, task flows, and mini-capstone projects aligned to specific functions (e.g., underwriting, marketing, compliance)
- Provide technical guidance on Copilot's limitations and workarounds with specific error resolution strategies
- Help refine hands-on training experiences for our clients, including live demos, error handling guidance, and realistic enterprise use cases
- Ensure curriculum accurately reflects Copilot behavior across Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Recommend tools and workflows to simulate or support Copilot functionality in a training environment
- Develop comparative guidance on when to use Copilot versus alternative AI assistants for optimal results
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
