Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft COPILOT Studio and its customization capabilities
• Proficiency in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning frameworks
• Experience with AI model integration, particularly with enterprise software and Microsoft ecosystems
• Programming proficiency in Python, C#, or other relevant languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure for AI model deployment
• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment, with a focus on generative AI customization
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business processes and applications
• Experience working in agile teams, using DevOps methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom generative AI models and solutions leveraging Microsoft’s COPILOT Studio
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models
• Integrate AI models with enterprise software and Microsoft ecosystems
• Customize and integrate AI models within Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to enhance CRM and ERP functionalities
• Leverage Dynamics 365 COPILOT capabilities to automate tasks, provide AI-driven insights, and streamline business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific use cases for AI within Dynamics 365, such as sales predictions, customer support automation, and process optimizations
• Develop and customize AI models within Microsoft Dynamics 365 COPILOT for enhanced business workflows
• Configure and deploy AI solutions in Dynamics 365 environments for various business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP)

Preferred Qualifications
