Join our consulting company as a Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Presales Architect specializing in Copilot Studio and Generative AI. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, shaping and presenting innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft's latest AI capabilities. Collaborate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to drive pre-sales engagements, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ensure solutions align with client goals and Microsoft's technology roadmap. Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution presentations. Design and articulate high-level architectures and tailored solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical workshops. Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap and advise clients on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform architecture and AI solutions, with at least 5+ years in a presales or client-facing consulting role
- Expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft 365, Copilot extensibility, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph API
- Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering live demos, PoCs, and technical workshops for enterprise clients
- Ability to create compelling business cases, demonstrating ROI and strategic value for clients investing in Microsoft and AI technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution presentations focused on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI
- Design and articulate high-level architectures and tailored solutions that address client challenges, demonstrating the value of Copilot Studio and generative AI integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops to showcase the potential of AI-driven automation and productivity enhancements
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and create technical documentation supporting the sales process
- Stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap, particularly advancements in Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE and generative AI, and advise clients on best practices and emerging trends
- Mentor internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing, capability growth, and go-to-market strategies for Power Platform, Dynamics 365, AI and Copilot solutions
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor throughout the presales and early delivery phases
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure AI are highly desirable
