Summary

Join Immersive, a leader in people-centric cyber resilience, as a Copy Editor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will edit technical cybersecurity content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and accessibility. Responsibilities include editing various content types, from AppSec and CloudSec to cyber crisis management. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of copyediting experience and strong communication skills. While knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is beneficial, it's not mandatory. Requirements

• Have a minimum of two years of experience in copyediting, proofreading, line editing, or subediting
• Be a fast learner and able to adhere to the internal style guide and house tone of voice
• Adapt to changing business priorities at short notice and juggle competing priorities
• Work independently and possess excellent communication skills
• Have the confidence to reach out to cybersecurity experts to discuss edits or ask questions

Responsibilities

• Edit technical cybersecurity content according to the internal style guide
• Ensure every piece of content published is free of grammatical errors and typos
• Ensure every sentence is clear and concise, smooth to read, and easy to understand
• Maintain formatting consistency and check that content meets accessibility requirements
• Write blog posts on cybersecurity concepts, Immersive products, or other relevant topics (potential)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector
• Have knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts and tooling
