Summary

Join Wealthfront's Creative Team as a strategic copywriter, reporting to the Creative Director, Copy. You'll contribute to a tentpole brand campaign, explain complex financial products clearly, and find engaging ways to bring the brand promise to life. You'll collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to create a wide range of assets, including marketing materials, social media content, and website copy. You'll also be responsible for crafting tailored messages across various media formats, ensuring brand consistency, and contributing to strategic insights. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a drive to create impactful work, and a strong understanding of business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to complex creative initiatives with a keen understanding of business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with creative partners and other colleagues to streamline collaboration and help unify our brand voice
  • Contribute to strategic insights, enhancing the creative development process
  • Dive into briefing and research materials to develop informed perspectives on creative challenges and advocate for exceptional client experiences at every step of the creative process
  • Share your knowledge to help other team members achieve their full potential
  • Follow through with campaigns from concept to delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback effectively
  • Deliver multiple, strategically-informed creative ideas/territories for each phase of a project, testing our assumptions and uncovering surprising solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency
  • Craft tailored messages across various media formats

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a copywriter in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team
  • Strong grammatical and proofreading skills
  • Experience adapting consistent and effective messaging across a variety of media channels
  • Using performance data to inform creative decisions
