Requirements

  • Reside in São Paulo
  • Availability to go to the office when requested
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Previous experience as a Copywriter in advertising, content or social media
  • Understanding of how to optimize content across digital platforms
  • Excellent writing and language skills
  • Love of writing in all forms and across channels/formats, and can adapt tone and style while still ensuring a cohesive brand voice
  • Ability to work cross functionally, take direction well and collaborate with teams to integrate input from multiple stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to oversee freelance writers, provide feedback, and ensure brand cohesion
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • A results-oriented problem-solving mindset to translate company business goals into copywriting

Responsibilities

  • Craft creative and persuasive copy for Gympass’s largest, key campaigns
  • Work on campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences, helping drive revenue through marketing
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Research industry topics to bring ideas that are relevant, innovative, and original
  • Develop a deep understanding of the various Gympass audiences
  • Oversee the work of freelance writers, making edits & suggestions to their work as needed
  • Participate in meetings with the creative agency, representing Gympass and working to optimize workflow and output
  • Deliver creative copy that is on brief, on time, on brand, and effectively communicates the messages as outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives
  • Take part in after-action reviews, analyzing results to identify key learnings and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Asana, Figma and Google Suite is a plus
