Requirements

  • 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience in a tech or financial services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for all key accounts
  • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system, partnering with internal stakeholders and external consultants
  • Ensure smooth data migration, user training, and ongoing process optimization
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assist in coordinating audit engagements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, and technology, to support company goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving financial processes and workflows
