Requirements

• Current membership in good standing of a U.S. state bar
• 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients on product development matters
• Knowledge of privacy, data security, AI/ML and/or intellectual property law
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions
• Understanding of the enterprise IT industry, including SaaS and cloud computing areas

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide variety of product development and release matters
• Negotiating technology licenses, development agreements, and pre-release agreements
• Conducting product documentation reviews
