Summary
Join OnePay as a Corporate Security Engineer and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our corporate security infrastructure. You will enhance security controls, develop strategic frameworks, and align security goals with business objectives. Automation and self-service are crucial for maintaining security in our scaling environment. This role is critical to our overall security posture. Responsibilities include managing Okta, integrating devices, managing API tokens, overseeing network security, and providing Tier 2 system admin support. You will also handle escalated tickets and address complex API integration challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with focus on security, access management, and system administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta administration, workflows, and identity management
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Experience implementing and managing MDM, VDI, and endpoint security solutions
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and authentication standards
- Proven ability to lead projects, automate processes, and achieve measurable security improvements
- Skilled at mentoring, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and influencing decisions
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage authentication policies and security settings for Okta and corporate SaaS applications
- Integrate devices and manage mobile device management (MDM) setups
- Create and manage API tokens to connect OnePay applications
- Design, edit, and manage Okta workflows, including working with tables
- Oversee network security, including gateway IPs and dynamic zones based on geolocation
- Balance Okta admin console management with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
- Handle escalated IT/BPO tickets from MSP staff and operations teams
- Provide Tier 2 system admin support and troubleshoot Okta-related issues
- Address complex API and system integration challenges, supporting onboarding of new vendors into Okta
- Create and manage custom roles and permission sets within Okta, and support incident response and disaster recovery planning
