Join 20four7VA as a CPT-9430 Cosmetic Photo & Video Enhancement Specialist and contribute your creative editing skills to a personal branding project with growth potential. This entry-level position requires 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-7:30 PM EST. You will perform detailed cosmetic edits on photos, focusing on natural-looking enhancements to skin, hair, and facial features. Future responsibilities include video editing. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software. The ideal candidate possesses a portfolio showcasing aesthetic editing skills and experience with cosmetic or beauty image editing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in portrait/photo editing, especially facial enhancements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic editing skills (retouching, beauty/fashion style edits)
• Basic to intermediate video editing experience (for future tasks)
• Clear communication and ability to take client direction
• Reliable internet connection and availability for Zoom interviews and client check-ins

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cosmetic edits on client-provided photos (e.g., enhancing skin, facial structure, hairstyles, and accessories like piercings or hats)
• Eventually support video editing tasks, once video content becomes available
• Use editing tools to refine and retouch images to the client’s desired aesthetic, with attention to natural-looking results
• Communicate with the client to understand vision and feedback
• Collaborate via Zoom as needed for direction and updates (no need to stay on-call during entire shift)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cosmetic, beauty, or social media image editing is a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Suite strongly preferred
• Open to editors who use equivalent professional-grade photo/video editing software
• Access to licensed software is a plus but not required (client prefers editors who already have access to tools to avoid extra software costs)
