Summary

Join Airtm's Legal team as Counsel, based in EMEA or South Asia, supporting the company's growth across various legal areas. You will be a key player advising on mission-critical projects, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and product development. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial and analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a practical problem-solving approach. Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience working as a qualified lawyer either in-house at a tech or financial/digital assets firm, or at a leading law firm
• Fluent in English with strong drafting skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented legal project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing projects to effective resolution

Responsibilities

• Be a key utility player on the Legal team, counseling the organization on high profile, mission-critical projects across the Company in areas including new partner relationships, growth and marketing, contract management, consumer privacy and regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of contracts with vendors, B2B clients and commercial partners
• Maintaining and updating Airtm’s user terms
• Reviewing advertising and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus in Latin America
• Assisting with the design of new products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Supporting our People team on employment matters
• Assisting in regulatory research and analysis in the digital assets space
• Support with global licensing efforts and other strategic regulatory initiatives
• Supporting the Company on corporate matters including BAU governance, as well as financing and corporate structure projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Other languages (especially Spanish) a plus
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies and/or crypto
