Coupa Post-Production Support Analyst

Summary

Join our rapidly growing Coupa practice as a Post-Production Support (PPS) Analyst and become a trusted partner to our clients. You will support the Coupa Customer Success Team by managing client contracts, inputting data into various systems, and providing essential reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with various Coupa teams and contribute to process improvement. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will be part of a collaborative community.

• Intermediate Excel skills essential (pivot tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Input, track and maintain Salesforce elements related to client renewals
• Conduct a QA review of final executed SOW to system data entered
• Ensure new and relevant documents are posted within Teams channels and folders
• Manage document execution within DocuSign
• Point of contact and responsible for change order entries within Salesforce
• Assist in reporting and analysis
• Build/maintain customized dashboards/views that enable sales and operational success
• Liaise between PPS and other Coupa teams, such as Sales and Delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of tools and processes to support the sales cycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Coupa and Salesforce
• Experience in a sales support role
