You will be compensated on a per-project basis, including daily appearance fees, transcription fees, and reimbursed travel expenses. Weekly pay is provided via direct deposit. This is a contractor position requiring relevant experience and certification.

Requirements

• Provide NCRA, NVRA, NYSCRA Certification Credentials -OR- proof of successful completion of an accredited court reporting program
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism
• Have a high-speed internet connection
• Have a reliable mode of transportation
• Have a current U.S. bank account to receive contract payments

Responsibilities

• Provide court reporting services for in-person hearings in Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas
• Provide court reporting services remotely
• Meet all deadlines
• Maintain excellent quality standards in the submission of assignments
