Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify product uploads and management
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify
• Use Excel to organize and prepare product data for upload, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and inventory
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete
• Regularly update product listings based on inventory changes, promotions, and seasonal trends
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product listings align with branding and promotional activities
• Perform regular audits of the Shopify store to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies
• Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated with Shopify features, updates, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other e-commerce platforms and tools (a plus)
