  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and update information efficiently in the Mojo Dialer system

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different lead profiles and tailor communication strategies accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads using the Mojo Dialer system
  • Lead Qualification: Engage in conversations with leads to determine their interest in receiving a free report
  • Information Gathering: Obtain accurate and up-to-date contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
  • Professional Communication: Clearly communicate the purpose of the call and provide relevant information about the free report
  • Database Management: Update the Mojo Dialer system with comprehensive notes and information gathered during each call
  • Follow-Up: Schedule call-backs for leads expressing interest and ensure timely follow-up
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain records of call outcomes, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to the team
