Summary
Join our team as a full-time, remote Creatio Technical Support specialist, working from India or anywhere globally with Canadian working hours. You will provide technical support for projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the Technical Consultant role. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, deploying solutions in development and production environments, and gathering customer feedback. This position requires Creatio CRM experience and certification, proficiency in office suites, and working knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Requirements
- Creatio CRM experience and certification
- Proficiency in the office suite
- Working knowledge with virtualization technologies
- Working knowledge with AWS, Azure
- Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies
- Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN
- Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP
- SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres)
- Experience with Jira
Responsibilities
- Work on the tickets
- Deploy in a development environment
- Inform the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing
- Get feedback from the customer regarding the ticket
- Deployment in production
- Configuration and implementation
