Motion Designer

Summary

Join Superside as a Motion Creative and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance our creative capabilities. You will utilize AI to streamline workflows and enhance creative output, working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines. This role requires a strong portfolio, experience with motion design software, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms or similar fields
• 1-5 years experience in motion
• Strong portfolio of creative work in motion design, animation, and video
• Excellent animation and video competencies in After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling, complemented by a curiosity about AI's potential to innovate these areas
• Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-tasking projects with great detail
• Design knowledge and craft to provide top-notch design and direction
• Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget, using AI to optimize production
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a strong bias for action and execution

Responsibilities

• Create enticing motion graphics for top global brands, utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output across a wide range of motion graphics projects
• Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones
• Work on several simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and on budget
• Support your creative leads in achieving customer goals and adding business value through motion design strategies
• Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to enhancing Superside’s innovative capabilities
• Continuously develop and grow your skills, exploring the latest motion and AI technologies alongside a creative network of top designers and creative leads
