Summary

The job is for a motion creative role at Superside, a globally distributed company offering design services. The candidate will create motion graphics for top brands, collaborate with account teams across different time zones, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. They should have a strong portfolio in motion design, animation, and video, be proficient in After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop, and have excellent English communication skills.

Requirements

• BA or higher within Design, Creative, Comms or similar fields
• Strong portfolio of creative work in motion design, animation and video
• Excellent animation and video competencies in After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop (3D and video editing are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual storytelling
• Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
• Design knowledge and craft to provide top-notch design and direction
• Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric and execution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Create enticing motion graphics for top global brands
• Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones
• Work on a number of simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget
• Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design
• Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to building Superside to be even better
