Join our team as a Creative Designer and contribute your design expertise and creative strategy to produce high-quality visuals, engaging video content, and user-friendly website designs. This remote position, based in the Singapore time zone, offers 20 hours per week initially, with the potential for full-time transition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic design, video editing, social media, and advanced illustration, along with a willingness to learn new tools. You will be responsible for managing social media posts, creating engaging video content, designing marketing materials, and developing websites. A strong portfolio showcasing your skills is essential.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, and advanced illustration
• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• A keen eye for aesthetics, visual consistency, and attention to detail
• Strong portfolio demonstrating custom illustrations and advanced graphic skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule, upload, and manage posts across platforms to maintain consistent brand visibility
• Ensure social media activities align with marketing objectives
• Edit and produce engaging video content using CapCut or similar tools
• Create dynamic and creative TikTok videos that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize video ideas that drive engagement
• Utilize intermediate graphic design skills to develop compelling visuals, including banners, flyers, and infographics
• Edit and enhance photos for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Design custom illustrations, drawings, and advanced graphic elements for branding and marketing
• Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all outputs
• Learn and implement Webflow to design user-friendly, visually appealing websites
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with user experience and brand standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends (experience is a plus but not required)
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving project needs
