You will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity through visually compelling designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including branding, digital design, and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion design tools
• Exceptional ability to think outside the box and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals
• Comfortable iterating on designs based on feedback and changing project scopes
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and development
• Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality visual designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, and social media
• Expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and layout for digital and print media
• Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints, contributing to the evolution of our visual identity
• Skilled in designing with the user in mind to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Product) to brainstorm and execute creative concepts
• Transform complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible narratives
• Maintain proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms
