Join We Are Rosie for a 10-12 week, 20-25 hour per week remote-first (with NY/LA in-office option) consulting role, leading a transformative project reshaping how a major client manages its creative agency ecosystem. You will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's creative agency landscape, analyzing pricing and AI integration opportunities. Your insights will inform a potential full creative agency review. The role requires deep creative agency expertise, marketing deliverables mastery, AI proficiency, and strong analytical and leadership skills. You will create compelling deliverables for executive-level audiences and present data-driven recommendations influencing major creative investment decisions. This is a game-changing opportunity to leverage AI innovation in creative operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience working directly with creative agencies, particularly within major Holding Companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG)
- Deep knowledge of agency operations, fee structures, resource planning, and creative production workflows
- Proven track record in agency relationship management, procurement, or strategic planning roles
- Comprehensive understanding of brand/marketing deliverable lists across all channels and formats
- Expert knowledge of common deliverable elements: campaign concepts, digital assets, video production, print materials, social content, experiential activations
- Experience scoping, pricing, and managing complex creative projects from brief to delivery
- Hands-on experience with creative AI tools including but not limited to: Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms
- Clear understanding of AI capabilities and current limitations in creative content development
- Ability to assess how AI tools can augment human creativity while maintaining brand quality and authenticity
- Advanced Excel proficiency for complex data analysis, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative creative insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative input
- Executive communication skills with experience creating C-suite level presentations and strategic recommendations
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive assessment of creative agency ecosystem and pricing structures
- Perform sophisticated Excel analysis using industry benchmarks and proprietary data
- Identify optimization opportunities across the creative supply chain
- Evaluate how creative AI tools can transform content development processes
- Assess AI capabilities and limitations for brand-specific creative applications
- Develop frameworks for integrating AI efficiency with creative excellence
- Create compelling deliverables for Principal-level oversight and C-suite audiences
- Lead potential creative agency review processes from strategy through execution
- Present data-driven recommendations that influence major creative investment decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or advisory experience preferred, particularly in marketing/advertising optimization
- Project management expertise with ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
- Strategic thinking capabilities with track record of influencing business decisions
