Creative Lead, Motion Design

Summary

Join Airbnb's Marcom team as a Creative Lead for Motion, ensuring creative excellence. Collaborate with designers and artists to bring concepts to life through motion graphics, animation, and video. This US-remote eligible position requires 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house at a leading brand, a strong portfolio, and excellent presentation skills. Requirements

• 8+ years experience overall within a creative agency or in-house at a leading brand
• A diverse portfolio of integrated and innovative motion work
• A passion for the craft of their discipline, and for being hands-on with teams and the work
• Strong presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in compellingly simple terms
• Skilled in multitasking to manage a high volume of creativity and content
• Explores improvements to processes and constructs
• Strategic + Systems based thinking – our work is built upon insights and systems, not simply creative whims
• A CURRENT PORTFOLIO OF WORK IS REQUIRED FOR EACH APPLICANT
