As a data-obsessed Creative Producer, you will own the end-to-end production of high-performing ads and organic content for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role demands full-stack content creation skills, including video production, graphic design, and animation. You'll lead paid social campaigns, manage freelancers, and leverage data to optimize creative performance. Success requires a strong portfolio showcasing paid ad campaigns, experience managing budgets and freelancers, and proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma. Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing 5–7 paid ad campaigns you spearheaded (include performance results if possible)
- Experience managing freelancers/agencies and budgets over $50K
- Ability to storyboard, shoot, edit, and deliver video ads in under 72 hours when needed
- A paid ads wizard: 3–5 years crafting high-converting social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager expertise required). Portfolio must include examples of ads you’ve built from scratch
- A Swiss Army knife of creativity: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and Figma. Bonus for Blender/Cinema4D
Responsibilities
- Produce scroll-stopping video ads, static visuals, and animations (2D/3D skills = major bonus)
- Develop organic content (YouTube scripts, blog graphics) and sales enablement tools (brochures, pitch decks)
- Edit raw footage, design motion graphics, and ensure brand consistency across all assets
- Leverage AI to scale the production rate and improve the creative quality
- Lead ideation, production, and optimization of paid social campaigns that outperform industry benchmarks
- Use performance data to test creatives, refine messaging, and scale winning concepts
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align creative with audience targeting, budgets, and KPIs (CPA, ROAS)
- Build and manage a network of freelancers (videographers, animators) to scale production
- Create airtight creative briefs and systems to streamline workflows
- Stay ahead of trends in paid ads and AI tools
