CRM Copywriter

Summary

Join Hertility as a CRM Copywriter and play a key role in crafting engaging content for CRM campaigns. You will collaborate with a team to develop impactful customer journeys, ensuring consistent brand messaging. This role requires proven experience in CRM or email marketing, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to adapt to different audience segments. Requirements

• Proven experience writing for CRM or email marketing, with a portfolio showcasing impactful and results-driven campaigns
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audience segments and campaign goals
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Write persuasive and engaging copy for CRM campaigns, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and referral emails
• Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager, Designer, and Executive to create cohesive, high-performing customer journeys
• Develop messaging that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand guidelines across all CRM touchpoints
