CRM Data Analyst/Engineer

Summary

Join our multinational team as a skilled CRM Data Analyst specializing in the pharmaceutical industry! We are seeking a bilingual candidate located in Latin America with 3+ years of experience in data management supporting Pharma field operations, data-centric implementations (SFA/CRM, BI tools), and working with Salesforce.com/Veeva or similar CRM systems. Experience with data warehousing, MDM, data integration, and SQL Server/Azure SQL is crucial. This is a full-time, 15-month independent contractor position with a possibility of renewal, requiring your own computer. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential soft skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in working with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations
• 3+ years of experience in data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence Tools
• Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva (Veeva network) or a similar CRM system
• 3+ years of experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives
• Strong experience reading and writing queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL database
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry
• Advanced written and spoken English (B2 or C1/C2)
• Be bilingual
• Currently located in Latin America

Responsibilities

• Work with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience with Cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift or Snowflake

Benefits

• Full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (USA)
