CRM Designer

Summary

Join Hertility's growing CRM team as a CRM Designer and play an integral role in elevating the visual impact of customer communications. You will design engaging email templates and assets for various campaigns, collaborating with the CRM squad. This role requires proven email marketing design experience, proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), and HTML/CSS. Requirements

• Proven experience designing for email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive designs
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and basic HTML/CSS for email development
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence in all deliverables
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging, responsive email templates aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with the CRM squad (Senior CRM Manager, Executive and Copywriter) to create cohesive, impactful customer journeys
• Optimise designs for performance, ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility
• Lead to the creative direction of CRM assets across onboarding, nurture, retention, and referral campaigns
