CRM Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant

Summary

Join Bosch's PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) as a SAP CRM Marketing Cloud expert and contribute to the digital transformation of Power Tools business units worldwide. Work with sales and marketing departments to plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, perform target marketing segmentation, and create insightful reports. Collaborate with the technical department to translate business requirements into technical tasks, improve system functionalities, develop new features, and maintain data quality. This role involves training colleagues globally on SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud systems. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of IT experience, CRM marketing application experience, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or similar)
• Experience in IT enviroments above 3 years (i.e. implementation of software solution)
• Experience with CRM Marketing applications (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365)
• Logical and systematic thinking
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent and effective verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Consult and communicate with sales and marketing department on planning and executing digital omnichannel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push notifications, etc.)
• Target marketing segmentation to divide potential customers into segments based on geographical or/and behavioral criteria in SAP Marketing Cloud system
• Creation of reports that will serve as the base for campaign success, customer profiling and strategic decision making (KPI, number of marketable consumers, structure of registered products, etc.)
• Get trained about SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud systems, create training videos and documentation and will deliver trainings for other colleagues worldwide
• Translating business related requirements into technical tasks
• Improving existing system functionalities through implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes
• Developing new system functionalities in order to further automate and improve customer journey experience
• Creating, testing and improving data sources/interfaces in order to generate new marketable consumers as well as to enrich existing data base
• Importing third party data through manual and automated uploads into SAP Marketing Cloud
• Maintaining a healthy domain by monitoring campaign and sender reputation metrics
• Standardizing and documenting SAP Marketing Cloud processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working across multiple teams and handling multiple stakeholders is appreciated
• Knowledge of Atlassian (i.e. JIRA and Docupedia) or other project managment tools will be considered as an advantage
• You are eager to work with the newest technologies and interested in continuous learning
