Summary

The job description is for a CRM/PowerApps Developer who will design and implement solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to optimize business processes. The candidate must have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, CDS, REST APIs, and JSON
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Customize PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and create automated workflows
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable insights
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or other relevant certifications
• Experience in working with federal clients, especially within the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with the Power Platform
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance
