• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
• Ability to self-organize and deliver task in timely manner
• Proficiency in Excel, including formula creation

Responsibilities

• Supporting partners with credit-related matters
• Managing the distribution and processing of invoices across various regions
• Facilitating clear and effective communication between offices worldwide to maintain a consistent flow of information
• Conducting data analysis with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across regions
• Creating and managing reports using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
