Summary

Join Token Metrics as a highly capable machine learning engineer to optimize our machine learning systems. You will evaluate existing ML processes, perform statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhance the accuracy of our AI software's predictive automation capabilities. As a machine learning engineer, you will demonstrate solid data science knowledge and experience, translating your expertise into enhanced performance of predictive models. Responsibilities include consulting with management, designing ML systems and AI, transforming data science prototypes, ensuring accurate user recommendations, solving complex problems, developing ML algorithms, stress testing, and documenting processes. You will need a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field
• Have at least two years' experience as a machine learning engineer
• Possess advanced proficiency with Python, Java, and R code
• Have extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Possess in-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
• Have superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess great communication and collaboration skills
• Have excellent time management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Consult with the manager to determine and refine machine learning objectives
• Design machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) to automate predictive models
• Transform data science prototypes and apply appropriate ML algorithms and tools
• Ensure that algorithms generate accurate user recommendations
• Solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Develop ML algorithms to analyze huge volumes of historical data to make predictions
• Stress test, perform statistical analysis, and interpret test results for all market conditions
• Document machine learning processes
• Keep abreast of developments in machine learning

Preferred Qualifications

Hold a Master’s degree in computational linguistics, data science, data analytics, or similar
