Summary

Token Metrics is seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering Manager to lead diverse teams of data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and QA testers. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for researching and developing new designs and products, proposing budgets, supervising multiple teams, planning strategies, and coordinating with key stakeholders. Candidates should have a Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification, Scrum Master and Agile experience, React Native, Node JS, Javascript, Python skills, Design Thinking/Product Management knowledge, Sonarqube and feature management tool familiarity, many years' engineering experience, proven supervisory and technical skills, and must come highly recommended.

Requirements

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect
• Scrum Master, Agile
• React Native, Node JS, Javascript, Python
• Design Thinking/Product Management
• Sonarqube (or similar code review software)
• Feature management (launchdarkly, split, or something similar)
• Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration
• Bachelor's degree in the engineering field
• Many years' engineering experience
• Proven supervisory and technical skills
• Must come highly recommended
