Crypto Operations Manager

Join Wealthsimple's Crypto Operations team as the Manager of Crypto Operations, reporting to the Director. You will be a key player in implementing and maintaining reconciliation processes, partnering with Product and Engineering teams on new product launches, and building new operational processes and tools. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of reconciliation processes and operational processes to safeguard assets
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to support the ongoing operations that come with new product feature launches
• Build new processes, tools and policies to power a rapidly evolving product
• Support key strategic initiatives for the Crypto Operations team, including: Development of team strategy and OKRs, quarterly planning and prioritization of initiatives and resourcing and staffing
• Own and remediate ad-hoc initiatives and issues as required
• Collaborate, mentor and coach crypto operation specialists and associates
• Support daily operational processes when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of operational reconciliation focused experience
• Crypto industry experience
