Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating UGC-style content with a portfolio of TikToks, Reels, or Shorts
- Confident on camera with a natural, relatable delivery style
- Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, pacing, hooks, and engagement techniques
- Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing your own videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or native app editors
- Deep interest and understanding of crypto, Web3, NFTs, or financial education content
- Ability to create both educational and entertaining content that resonates with a crypto-curious audience
Responsibilities
- Film and produce 5β10 short-form UGC videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Act as the on-camera talent for videos that explain, react to, or offer opinions on crypto trends, tokens, or market updates
- Write short scripts or talking points based on trending topics, news, or provided briefs
- Stay up to date on platform trends, audios, meme formats, and viral hooks
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Review analytics to iterate on performance and optimize future content
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing audience or content experience in the crypto, fintech, or investing niche
- Familiarity with TikTok, IG, and Shorts platform features and creator tools
- Understanding of marketing principles, including CTAs, audience targeting, and brand voice
